In July 2021, Al and Diane traded the desert of Arizona for the Sea of Cortez and a three-year adventure in San Felipe, Baja California.

What started as an experiment became a life-changing journey filled with new friends, unforgettable characters, creative problem-solving, hilarious mishaps, and the daily surprises of life in Mexico.

From remodelling their new dream home in El Dorado Ranch to beach walks with their dog Brady, from charity dinners under the stars to the Baja Off-Road races that shook the windows, this is a story about saying yes to the unexpected and loving every minute of it.
